摘要
2016年对三峡库区丰都段两条长江一级支流回水河段的TP、TN、Chla、CODMn、SD进行监测,利用综合营养状态指数法评价了回水区的富营养化程度。结果表明,营养状态指数为44.22~51.07,处于轻度富营养和中营养状态。用流式细胞术对回水区浮游植物藻类进行初探,结果表明,赤溪河高跳蹬断面鉴别出优势藻种为绿藻、硅藻和蓝藻;龙河以及赤溪河的溜沙坡断面优势藻类均为绿藻。
The TP,TN,Chla,CODMn and SD from two tributaries of the Yangtze River in the Fengdu section of the Three Gorges Reservoir were monitored in2016.The nutrient status of the backwater area was analyzed by Phyto-plankton Identification using flow cytometry.The degree of eutrophication in the backwater area was evaluated by the comprehensive nutritional status index method.The results showed that the nutritional status index was between44.22and51.07,which was in the range of light eutrophic and mesotrophicstatus.The results of flow cytometry identified that the dominant species of algae in High jump pedal section of Chixi River are chlorophyta,cyanophyta and bacilla-riophyta.Andchlorophytawas the dominant specie in Liushapo cross section of the Long River and Chixi River.
