摘要
从景观水体中筛选出具有溶藻作用的细菌,并对其抑藻效果和生理生化特征进行了初步研究,研究结果表明:溶藻效果随着菌液浓度的增加而增加,同时确定该菌株通过分泌胞外物质进行溶藻,经鉴定为柠檬酸菌属的一种。
In this study,an algae-lysing bacterium was screened from landscape waterbody.The results showed that the algae-lysing effect improved with the increase of the concentration of the bacteria and the algae-lysing effect was caused by extra cellular substances secreted from this isolated bacterium.According to its physiological,biochemical and molecular characteristics,this strain of bacterium was identified as one of species of citric acid bacteria.
