腐殖酸对铅污染土壤理化性质的影响 被引量:5

Effect of Weathered Coal Humic Acid on Soil Physical and Chemical Properties and Heavy Metal Absorption in Lead Contaminated Soil

摘要 通过盆栽试验,研究不同铅污染水平下,不同腐殖酸施用量对土壤理化性质、重金属吸收特性的影响。结果表明:腐殖酸能有效改善土壤质量,提高土壤有机质含量,为土壤提供养分来源,在1000 mg/kg高浓度铅污染水平下,施用2.00%的腐殖酸,土壤有机质含量较对照增加最大达836%。腐殖酸能有效降低铅在土壤中的迁移、转化和生物毒性,随着腐殖酸施用量的增加,土壤中铅去除率最大可以达到15%;主要是通过调节土壤p H值和有机质含量来抑制铅的生物有效性,其中土壤p H值占主导因子。腐殖酸可以抑制土壤中铅向植物的转运,减少铅在油菜中的积累。 The Effects of different content humic acid on soil physical and chemical properties,and heavy metal characteristics at the different levels of lead pollution were studied by pot experiments.The results showed that weathered coal humic acid could improve the soil quality,increase soil organic matter content,and provide nutri-ents source for soil.Especially in the level of high contamination of1000mg/kg lead pollution,soil organic matter content was836%higher than the contrast.Humic acid could effectively reduce the migration,transformation and toxicity of lead in soil,the removal rate of lead in soil could reach15%with the increase of weathered coal humic acid content.Weathered coal humic acid suppressed the soil lead bioavailability by regulating the pH value and or-ganic matter content of soil,and soil pH value was the dominant factor.Weathered coal humic acid could inhibit the transfer of lead to plants,and reduce the accumulation of lead in the rape.
