广西环境空气质量预报预警平台建设与应用成效

The Construction and Application Effects of Air Quality Forecast and Early Warning Platform in Guangxi

分析了广西2009—2015年第一季度空气质量状况,结果表明广西空气质量持续恶化,大气污染形势严峻,亟需建设广西重污染天气监测预警体系,妥善应对重污染天气。概述了广西环境空气质量预报预警平台建设内容,并对平台数值预报、统计模型效果评价和预报预警平台应用成效进行了阐述。实践证明,空气质量预报预警平台投入运行以来在服务公众和环境管理部门以及建立空气质量预报队伍方面发挥了积极的作用。

The air quality of Guangxi during2009to the first quarter of2015has been analyzed.The results showed that the air quality continued to deteriorate and the air pollution situation was serious.The heavy pollution weather monitoring and warning system was urgent to beestablished aiming to properly response to heavy pollution.An overview of the construction contents of the environmental air quality forecast and early warning platform were presented.The application effect of numerical model and statistics prediction mode and the application achievement of the environmental air quality forecast and early warning platform have been elaborated.Practices showed that the environmental air quality forecast and early warning platform has played a positive role in the service of the public and environmental management departments and the establishment of air quality forecasting teams.
