摘要
实际运行时,吸油烟机的吸烟效果与有效风量密切相关。研究采用CFD数值计算方法对比分析同一排烟管道、不同有效风量下的吸油烟机外部控烟区的速度场和压力场特性。通过对比验证油烟机的气动性能的试验值和模拟值吻合较好,验证了数值计算分析吸油烟机气动性能的可行性。通过数值模拟计算发现吸烟效果随有效风量的增加而改善,但超过一定程度后,改善效果不明显,存在一经济有效风量,约为10m3/min;随着有效风量的增加,油烟机需要有更高的静压来克服更高的管道阻力;上述研究成果为研究者研究吸油烟机工作中外部气流流动特性、评判吸油烟效果及设定吸油烟机性能参数目标提供了参考。
The velocity and pressure field of the range hood with different effective air volume in the same exhaust pipe was compared and analyzed using CFD numerical method.The comparison of test result and simulated result are match well.The results indicate that smoking capacity increase obviously as the effective air volume increasing but not over the 10m3/min.With the increase of effective air volume,the static pressure of the range hood needs to be higher to overcome the larger pipe resistance.This study provide reference of optimizing the performance of the range hood and evaluating the smoking capacity.
