摘要
结合实际工程应用中焊接式吊环的常见破坏形式,阐述了目前常规有限元处理方法的局限性,提出了以接触和焊接分析模型相结合的有限元处理方法,以海上风机塔筒平台某支腿吊环为对象,获得基于该方法的分析结果:允许与吊环配合的支撑件有2mm偏心,对吊环支撑板需要进行加厚处理,说明基于该方法对准确预判结构的安全性具有可行性,对焊接式吊环结构设计具有一定的理论指导意义。
Combined with the damage form of welded engineering application,the limitation of conventional finite element method is expounded.The method combined welding model and contact model by finite element is presented.Based on the lifting sling used in the tower platform as object,the analysis results by the method is obtained.It is shown that the support part allow 2mm gap with the lifting sling and the support part need thicken.So through the method verified to accurate predict the safety of structure,it has a certain theoretical guiding significance to design lifting sling structure.
