借鉴国外经验建立整建制应急管理培训新模式 被引量:12

摘要 整建制应急管理培训是为了有效应对各类突发事件,提高学员的团队协作能力,强化不同层级和相关部门整体应对能力开展的新型培训模式。文章在分析开展整建制培训重要性的基础上,提出以下探索路径:一是采取系统化的组织调训方式,二是完善相关课程设置,三是优化应急演练师资队伍,四是打造整建制培训基地,五是统筹应急演练经费管理,建立符合中国国情的整建制应急管理培训新模式。
