摘要
随着中国"一带一路"发展战略的推进,高等教育改革对国际化人才培养的诉求日益凸显,跨文化交际能力是国际化人才的必备素质,而对其作为核心要素的跨文化敏感性的研究也得到国内学者广泛的关注。本研究主要运用文献分析法,探讨近十年来,我国在高等教育改革背景下跨文化敏感度专题实证研究的发展现状,分析现存的问题和研究局限性,以此为基础,阐释未来该领域研究发展方向,以期为国内外同行提供有意义的参考价值。
With the development of“Belt and Road Initiative”in China,this initiative promote the reform of higher education to cultivate internationalized talents who are supposed to equipped themselves with intercultural communication ability.In fact,as the core elements of intercultural communication ability,it has gradually grasped domestic scholars’attention.By using literature analysis method,this study intends to study the current development of empirical research focused on intercultural sensitivity under the background of higher education reform in our country from 2006 to 2016 and analyze the existing problems and limitations of the previous research.This study also tries to interpret the research direction in the future in order to provide a meaningful reference for the domestic and foreign counterparts.
