《秘书礼仪》课程“立体四段式”教学方法研究

摘要 《秘书礼仪》是文秘专业课程中非常富有活力的一个部分,具有开放性、系统性、实践性以及学生主体性等特点。要发挥这门课的功效,真正达到学以致用的目的,教师必须打破常规的教学方法。"立体式"教学就是一种较为实用的教学方法,它的模式为"四段式":讲授——示范——训练——评判。在教学过程中教师的工作重点在于礼仪课程教学内容的设计、教学过程的组织以及教学手段的运用。《秘书礼仪》的"立体四段式"教学能否收到实际效果,教师的能力和水平是关键。这就对教师的外在形象、自我表现意识、礼仪示范才能、设计教学场面的创造才能和组织才能提出了较高的要求。 “Secretarial etiquette”is a very dynamic part of secretarial courses,which is open,systematic,practical and student subjectivity.To give full play to the effectiveness of this course,to really achieve the purpose of learning to use,teachers must break the conventional teaching methods.“Three-dimensional”teaching is a more practical teaching method.Its mode is“four-stage”:teaching-demonstration-training-judging.In the process of teaching teachers focus on etiquette courses teaching content design,teaching process organization and teaching methods to mobilize the interest of students to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the classroom.“Secretary etiquette”of“three-dimensional”teaching can receive practical results,the ability and level of teachers is the key.This puts forward higher requirements on the teachers’external image,self-expression consciousness,etiquette and demonstration ability,creative talents in designing teaching scenes and organizational talents.
