石墨烯微片在溴化丁基橡胶中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 文章研究了石墨烯微片(GNPs)对溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR)力学性能、电性能、导热性能以及气密性的影响。结果表明:随着GNPs用量的增加胶料门尼粘度逐渐增大,焦烧时间t10及正硫化时间t90逐渐缩短,表观交联密度增加,硫化胶的邵尔A硬度、100%定伸应力、300%定伸应力随之提高。硫化胶的压缩疲劳温升先降低后升高,复合材料的导热性能逐渐提升,气密性能呈现出先增高后降低的趋势,气密性最佳时,GNPs用量约为3份。 The effects of GNPs on the mechanical properties,electrical properties,thermal conductivity and gas-tightness of BIIR were investigated.The results showed that with the increase of GNPs,the mooney viscosity gradually increased,the scorch time and the vulcanization time gradually shortened,and the apparent crosslink density increased,the Shore A hardness,100%Tensile stress,300%Tensile stress increases.The compressive fatigue temperature of vulcanizates first decreased and then increased,the thermal conductivityof the composites gradually increased,and the air-tightness tended to increase firstly and then decrease,the air tightness was the best when the amount of GNPs was about3parts.
