壮药千金饮湿敷治疗慢性湿疹的疗效观察及护理

Efficacy observation and nursing care of treatment of chronic eczema with Zhuang medicine with qianjin liquid.

目的:观察千金饮湿敷治疗慢性湿疹的治疗效果。方法:将86例慢性湿疹病人随机分为观察组和对照组,每组43例,观察组患者给予千金饮煎煮后取药汁湿敷并按护理常规给予护理,对照组给予千金饮药汁外洗并在常规护理基础上给予中医护理,观察两组病人的临床疗效和复发率。结果:治疗2个疗程后观察组与对照组愈显率和有效率分别为60.47%、95.35%和42.50%、82.50%,观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组与对照组复发率分别是11.54%和29.41%,观察组明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用壮药千金饮治疗慢性湿疹,湿敷较外洗效果好。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of hydropathic compress with qianjinliquid on chronic eczema.Methods:86cases of chronic eczema patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,43cases in each group.Observation group patients were givenhydropathic compress with qianjin liquidand with nursing routine for nursing,the control group were given washout with qianjin liquid,and on the basis of conventional nursing for Chinese traditional medical.Observe the clinical effects of two groups of patients and the recurrence rate.Results:After two courses of treatment group and control group markedly effective rate were60.47%,95.35%respectivelyand effective ratewere42.50%,82.50%diversely,the observation group were better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the observation group and control group recurrence rate were11.54%and29.41%respectively,obviously lower in observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is good to treat chronic eczema withZhuang medicine with qianjin liquid,and the effect of hydropathic compress is better than washout.
