摘要
"一带一路"战略构想,发展与沿线国家的经济合作伙伴关系,携手打造利益共同体,对国际化高技能人才提出了新的需求。文章对上汽通用五菱国际化高技能人才的培养进行探讨,提出了文化输出与海外人才培养体系建设为主的海外人才培养策略,并从海外人才培养平台建设以及人才梯队建设等方面探讨了学院建设、关键岗位人才培养和当地技能人才培养的不同模式,提出了一些实操建议,对国际化高技能人才培养具有一定的指导意义。
The Belt and Road Initiative has built a paradigm of developing the economic partnerships and creating a community of shared interests with the countries along the routes,making such new requirements to international high-skilled talents.This paper has discussed the international highly skilled talents training of SGMW,proposed the talents training strategies overseas mainly based on cultural exports and the system establishment of talents training overseas,exploring the different patterns of institution building,talents training for key posts as well as the local skilled talents training in such aspects as talents training overseas platform establishment and human resources development it has put forward some suggestions for practical operation,which is of directive significance to the international highly skilled talents training.
