摘要
以普通甜菜粕颗粒饲料为参照,研究了添加糖蜜的甜菜粕颗粒饲料(简称糖蜜甜菜粕颗粒饲料)的储存特性;并通过奶牛喂养试验,研究了糖蜜甜菜粕颗粒饲料对泌乳期奶牛产奶的乳脂率、乳蛋白率、体细胞数以及产奶量的影响。实验结果表明,相比普通甜菜粕颗粒饲料,糖蜜甜菜粕颗粒饲料的吸潮性更低,储存特性与普通甜菜粕无明显差异。与普通甜菜粕颗粒饲料相比,奶牛饲喂糖蜜甜菜粕颗粒饲料可使奶牛的产奶乳脂率提高7.78%,并能够降低牛奶体细胞数,增加牛奶品质和奶牛健康度;糖蜜甜菜粕颗粒饲料与普通甜菜粕颗粒饲料均可提高牛奶乳蛋白率及牛奶产量,两者之间并无明显差异。
The storage and dairy cow feeding properties of molassed sugar beet pulp pellets(MSBPP)were evaluated.Compared with the ordinary sugar beet pulp pellets(SBPP),the MSBPP displayed lower capability to absorb moisture from the environment,which indicated that MSBPP could be stored under the same conditions as SBPP.The effects of MSBPP and SBPP on milk fat content,milk protein content,somatic cell count,and milk yield of lactating dairy cows were also investigated.In contrast to SBPP,milk fat content from dairy cows fed with MSBPP increased by7.78%on average.Somatic cell count displayed a decreasing trend,and indicated that MSBPP could help to improve milk quality and health of dairy cows.Furthermore,the protein content and yield of milk could be improved by feeding both MSBPP and SBPP,with no significant difference found between the two groups of dairy cows.
