微量元素配施对甜菊生长和甜菊糖苷含量的影响 被引量:6

摘要 采用正交试验设计,以当年生甜菊扦插苗为试材进行盆栽试验,研究锌(Zn)、硼(B)、锰(Mn)、钼(Mo)配施对幼苗生长和糖苷含量的影响。结果表明,合理配施Zn、B、Mn、Mo能促进甜菊生长发育,施锌能显著影响甜菊茎粗,施钼则显著影响甜菊叶片中叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量;适宜配比的Zn、B、Mn、Mo对甜菊糖苷含量也有积极的调节作用,Zn 0.1%、B 0.1%、Mn 0.3%和Mo 0%的组合处理下甜菊叶片中R-A苷和总甜菊糖苷含量均最高,Zn 0.2%、B 0%、Mn 0.2%和Mo 0.3%的组合处理使甜菊叶片中R-A/总苷的比率最高。 The pot culture experiment was conducted with the1-year-old cutting seedlings by borthogonal experiment design to study the effects of microelement fertilizers(zinc,boron,manganese and molybdenum)on growth and steviol glycosides content of stevia.The results showed that increment microelements could promote the growth of stevia plant.Especially,zinc could increase stem diameter significantly,and molybdenum could increase the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll in stevia leaves.Meanwhile,the proportional zinc,boron,manganese and molybdenum fertilizers could regulate positively the accumulation of steviol glycosides in leaves.When applying Zn0.1%,B0.1%,Mn0.3%and Mo0%,the content of rebaudioside A(R-A)and total steviol glycosides were maximum in all treatment groups.And when increased Zn0.2%,B0%,Mn0.2%and Mo0.3%into soils,the rate of R-A/total steviol glycosides was the highest.
