摘要
对甘蔗种茎经0d、3d、5d、10d、15d、20d、25d、30d、35d、40d共10个储存期,进行萌芽出苗试验。结果表明:甘蔗种茎萌芽率与种茎储存期呈负相关关系,随着储存期的延长,种茎萌芽率降低。本试验以储存期0~3d萌芽出苗最好,萌芽率最高,萌芽率达80%以上;储存期5~15d,萌芽出苗次之,萌芽率为50%~60%;储存期20~30d,萌芽出苗一般,萌芽率为40%左右;储存期35~40d萌芽出苗较差,萌芽率低于30%。
The germination and emergence of sugarcane were observed under the conditions of ten different storage periods of cane seed stem with0,3,5,10,15,20,25,30,35,40days in the field.The results showed that it is negative correlation between the germinating rate of sugarcane and the storage periods of seed stem.The germinating rate of seed stem decreased with prolonging storage period.The sugarcane germinations(over80%)of the storage period with0-3days are higher than that of the other treatments;the next are50%-60%when the storage period with5-15days;and are40%when the storage period with20-30days;while are the lower(less than30%)when the storage period with35-40days.
