两类山药的皮、瓤矿物元素对比和Sr-Pb同位素分析 被引量:2

摘要 通过山药皮、瓤矿物元素对比研究,探讨山药皮作为非药用部位的使用价值.河北保定紫药和河南焦作怀山药Mn、Li、V、Ni、Cu、Zn、Sr、Ba共8种矿物元素,在皮与瓤之间含量比值变化的范围分别为1.2~16.3和1.4~6.5.相对于瓤,山药皮矿物微量元素明显富集,因此山药皮具有很高的营养价值.与矿物元素不同,河北保定紫药和河南焦作怀山药的Sr-Pb同位素在山药皮、瓤之间均一,无明显同位素分异,可最大程度降低取样对稳定同位素指纹图谱鉴别山药产地的影响.稳定同位素指纹图谱可作为一种长期有效且稳定的鉴别山药原产地的溯源方法. The medicinal and edible values of Chinese yam skin as non medicinal part were studied in this paper using comparative study of multielement and Sr-Pb isotopes between Chinese yam skin and flesh.The contents ofmineral elements including Mn,Li,V,Ni,Cu,Zn,Sr and Ba of purple yam(from Baoding Hebei)and Dioscorea opposita Thu.(from Jiaozuo Henan)have large variable ranges from1.2to16.3and from1.4to6.5respectively.Chinese yam concentrates more mineral elements in skin than in flesh,indicating Chinese yam skins have higher medicinal and edible values.The view is a complete contrast to the traditional processing method in which Chinese yam skins were dumped in the trash.In contrast to mineral elements,Chinese yam skin and flesh have homogeneous isotopic compositions,which have positive effect on the geographical origin traceability of agricultural products.It’s a stable,long-term,and effective way for stable isotope fingerprints.
