基于正交设计的高重度相似材料三轴压缩试验研究

摘要 为获取高重度岩体材料在一定强度围压下的力学参数影响因素,应用正交设计方法,以骨料含量、重骨料比、粗细颗粒比、胶结材料比为4因素,每个因素设置3个水平,共设计了9组相似材料配比方案,分别进行三轴压缩试验,绘制其应力-应变曲线,测量并计算出不同配比下相似材料的密度等7项力学参数.通过敏感性分析得到4因素对各力学参数的定性影响规律,为后续大量的比较试验研究提供理论依据. In order to obtain the influence factors of the mechanical parameters of rock mass with high gravity under specific confining pressure,by using the orthogonal design method,with the aggregate content,the ratio ofheavy aggregate,the ratio of coarse and fine particles as the4factors,each factor sets3levels,and9sets of material proportioning schemes are designed.Then we do the triaxial compression test with9samples and draw the stressstrain curves.Then we measure and calculate the7mechanical parameters of the rock mass such as the density.Finally we obtain the effects on the mechanical properties by the analysis of sensitivity on the four factors.For further study,the qualitative summing rules are used for the follow-up study.
