基于RAA模型的西海岸新区产业网络发展研究

Analysis of Industrial Development Network of West Coast New Area Based on RAA Model

国家级新区是区域经济发展的新引擎、新示范,而产业发展对新区建设具有举足轻重的作用.通过构建青岛西海岸新区产业网络发展的RAA模型,基于西海岸新区投入产出统计数据,分析新区产业网络发展与关联情况.结果显示,第一产业和第二产业更多地扮演的是影响其他产业的角色,即有着较强的后向关联效应,该产业的成长对其他产业有拉动作用;第三产业则更多地扮演的是受其他产业影响的角色,有着较强的前向关联效应.针对西海岸新区各产业网络发展及关联情况,可以采取实施产业转型、培育新兴产业、打造特色产业等发展策略.

The state-level new areas are the new engine and demonstration of the regional economic development.The industrial development plays an important role in the new areas construction at the mean time.The conceptual model of industrial network development of the West Coast New Area of Qingdao is established based on the RAA three-dimensional model.The response coefficient and influence coefficient are selected as calculation index which is used to analyze the situation of industrial network development and association for the West Coast New Area of Qingdao by the input-output table based on the statistical data analysis.The results show that the primary industry and the secondary industry of the West Coast New Area of Qingdao play a role in affecting other industries.It’s a strong backward linkage effect,and the growth of the industry has a stimulating effect on other industries.The tertiary industry is more likely play a role of being affected by other industries which has a strong forward correlation effect.In view of the life cycle evolution of each industry in the West Coast New Area,the development strategy of implementing industrial transformation,fostering new industries and building characteristic industries can be adopted.
