Development and Application of AI Technology in the Knitting Industry

为探讨人工智能技术在针织行业的发展与应用,促进针织行业的转型升级,对人工智能技术的内涵及发展现状进行了梳理和总结,将人工智能技术在针织行业的应用归纳为基于人工智能的针织CAD系统、基于人工智能的CAM系统、基于人工智能的针织MES系统、基于人工智能的物流与仓储系统和基于人工智能的流行趋势研究5个方面,阐述了各方面的发展现状,并分析了人工智能技术在各系统中的具体应用。指出人工智能必将颠覆传统针织行业的发展,为提升行业的核心竞争力提供有力支撑。

This paper introduces the definition and development status of AI technology in the knitting industry,and its role played in promoting the transformation and upgrading of the knitting industry.This paper classifies the application of AI technology in the knitting industry in five aspects,including AIbased knitting CAD system,AI-based CAM system,AI-based knitting MES system,AI-based logistics&transportation system and AI-based trend research,elaborates the development status of each of these systems and analyses the application of AI technology in each system.And then the paper indicates that AI technology will certainly affect the development of traditional knitting industry and provide strong support for enhancing the core competence of the knitting industry.
