摘要
运用VAR模型,对1990—2016年中国"产学研"动态关系进行了实证检验,得出中国"产学研"间存在相关关系。长期来看,"产学研"之间存在着长期的、稳定的均衡关系,"学"和"研"每提高1%,将会引起"产"提高0.2182%和0.3658%;"学"和"研"都不是"产"的格兰杰原因,且"产"和"研"也不是"学"的格兰杰原因,但"产"和"学"是"研"的格兰杰原因;长期内,"产学研"三者间具有持续的促进作用,但贡献度存在较大差异。
Using the VAR model,we empirically examined the dynamic relationship between production,research and research in China from1990to2016,and found that there is a correlation between China's"production,learning,and research".In the long term,there is a long-term relationship between"production,learning,and research".For a stable and balanced relationship,every1%increase in"learning"and"research"will increase the"production"by0.2182%and0.3658%."Learning"and"research"are not granger reasons for"production",and"production"and"research"are not granger reasons for"learning",but"producing"and"learning"are granger causes for"research原ing".In the long run,"producing,learning,and researching"have a continuous promotion effect,but there is a big dif原ference in contribution.
