摘要
设计了一种基于PWM控制技术的直流电机调速控制系统,采用PID算法,并通过C语言程序实现。反馈装置采用光栅编码器实现,光栅编码器是数字化的转速传感器,输出为频率是电机转速的比例值,用单片机检测脉冲频率计算电机实时转速,形成闭环系统,并用VISUAL BASIC软件完成人机交互的任务。
A DC motor speed control system based on PWM control technology was designed and implemented us原ing a PID algorithm and a C language program.The feedback device is implemented by a grating encoder.The grating encoder is a digitized speed sensor.The output is the ratio of the frequency to the motor speed.The single-chip micro原computer detects the pulse frequency to calculate the real-time speed of the motor,forms a closed-loop system,and uses VISUAL BASIC software to complete the human-computer interaction task.
