127例胃癌术后患者化疗期间症状困扰及功能状态情况调查

Investigation of symptoms and performance status during adjuvant chemotherapy in 127 postoperative patients with gastric cancer

目的调查胃癌术后患者化疗期间的症状困扰情况及功能状态,从而为患者控制和改善症状、提高其生活质量提供有效的方法和对策。方法应用MDASI症状评估量表和KPS功能状态评分标准对127例胃癌化疗患者进行问卷调查,记录患者化疗期间症状困扰及功能状态情况。结果在癌症患者常见的13种症状中,胃癌术后化疗患者恶心、呕吐、食欲减退三项胃肠道症状最显著,其次为疲乏、疼痛症状,患者化疗期间也出现不同程度的悲伤、苦恼等不良情绪。由于这些症状的困扰,癌症患者的日常生活受到不同程度的影响。结论护士应综合、全面地做好胃癌患者化疗期间的症状评估及控制,重视患者主观感受,积极改善化疗对患者生活质量的影响。

Objective To investigate the symptoms and performance status in postoperative gastric cancer patients during adjuvant chemotherapy and to provide effective methods for the improvement of symptoms and quality of life. Methods A total of 127 postoperative gastric cancer patients completed both the M. D. Anderson Symptom Inventory(MDASI) and Karnofsky Performance Scale(KPS) questionnaires during adjuvant chemotherapy. Their symptoms and performance status were recorded and studied. Results Among the 13 common symptoms of cancer patients, gastrointestinal symptoms was the most remarkable, such as nausea, vomiting, decreased appetite, followed by aches and fatigue. Negative emotions including various degrees of sadness and distress were also noticed. Daily life of the patients was affected to different levels because of these symptoms. Conclusion Nurses should actively assess and control the symptoms of gastric cancer patients receiving adjuvant chemotherapy, pay more attention to their feelings, and improve their quality of life.
