渝商精神演进发展及融入职业精神培养研究

The development of Yushang Spirit and its integration into professionalism

商业精神是经济社会发展和历史文化融合所形成的价值取向和独特品质,重庆以其厚重的历史文化、独特的地理条件以及生产生活方式造就了渝商精神。本文通过分析渝商精神形成的历史渊源和重庆主动融入"长江经济带"和"一带一路"国家战略与倡议发展趋势,揭示了渝商精神的时代内涵和演进发展。本文采用问卷调查法、专家访谈法、文献研究法对渝商精神融入高职学生职业精神培养进行了研究,提出了融入校园文化、融入素质教育、融入创新创业教育的融合路径,充实了商科类高职学生职业精神培养内容。

Business spirit is the value orientation and unique quality formed by the integration of economic and social development and history and culture.Chongqing,with its heavy history and culture,unique geographical conditions and production and life style,has created the spirit of Yu-Shang.This article reveals the historical connotation and evolution of Yu-Shang spirit by analyzing the historical origin of the formation of Yu-Shang spirit and Chongqing's initiative to integrate into the development strategy of the national strategy of"the Yangtze River Economic Belt"and"the Belt and Road".In this paper,a questionnaire investigation,expert interviews and literature review were conducted to study the integration of Yushang spirit into vocational students'cultivation of vocational students.The paper put forward the integration path of integration into campus culture,integration of quality education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,Professionalism of Higher Vocational Students Training Content.
