农村宅基地流转的有效路径研究

针对农村宅基地大量闲置、布置不规划、土地资源浪费等问题,论文对当前农村宅基地转让的多种路径进行比较、分析,通过分析之后认为政府主导下的转让是一种有效的路径。然后进一步对政府主导下的全国各地所采取的模式进行分析,进而阐述政府主导过程中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。

based on a large number of idle,arrangement of house-site in the countryside is not planning,problems such as waste of land resources,the current rural land transfer of multiple paths to compare,analysis,through the analysis that is dominated by the government after transfer is an efficient path.Then,it further analyzes the models adopted by the government,and then expounds the problems existing in the government's leading process,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
