摘要
本文简要介绍了薪酬体系的概念、功能等薪酬理论,从绩效薪酬制度缺乏规范、福利模式单一被动等角度分析研究木蚂蚁科技有限公司问题。并运用薪酬管理相关理论,有针对性地提出相应的改进措施。
This article briefly introduces the concept and function of the pay system,and analyzes the problems of the wood ant technology Co.,Ltd.from the perspective of the lack of standardization of the performance pay system and the single passive mode of welfare.And use the relevant theory of salary management,put forward corresponding improvement measures.
