摘要
随着社会需求的变动,大学教育环境的改变,专业学习对于大学生有着越来越重要的影响。调查发现,大学生的专业学习情况却不容乐观。影响大学生学习专业知识积极性的因素主要表现在两个方面:主观因素,包括专业认知、专业兴趣、专业动机和目的、自律性和自我效能感。客观因素,包括社会环境、学校环境、家庭环境。本文从主观和客观两方面,探究行之有效的对策,以提高大学生学习专业知识的积极性。
With the change of social demand and the change of university education environment,professional learning has more and more important influence on college students.The survey found that the professional learning situation of college students is not optimistic.There are two factors effect students'enthusiasm for professional learning.One is the subjective factors including professional cognition,professional interests,professional motivation and purpose,autonomy and self-efficacy.The other is the objective factors such as social,school and family environment.We should also explore effective countermeasures from two aspects of subjective and objective,in order to improve the enthusiasm of college students to learn professional knowledge.
