It is difficult for shipbuilding enterprises to survive in bad environment.Cost control is the only way for an enterprise to survive.The paper analyzes the three aspects of cost control in shipbuilding enterprises from the angle of lean production.Combining with the characteristics of the enterprise,the method of reducing the cost is pointed out,which provides a feasible solution for the development of the enterprise.
