基于在役管道中线与内检测数据空间拟合的缺陷定位方法 被引量:2

摘要 随着GB 32167-2015《油气输送管道完整性管理规范》的发布,各管道运营单位正努力地推进管道完整性系统建设。管道位置参数是建设该系统的核心数据之一,但是对于大部分在役管道而言,管道建设期并没有进行采集完整的管道中线坐标。本文阐述了在役管道中线与内检测数据空间拟合的定位方法,通过数据处理、转换得到管道在线特征坐标,准确恢复缺失的管道位置参数。试验结果表明:该项技术不仅能够准确恢复管道中线位置参数,还可以实现内检测缺陷的精准定位,满足管道运营管理需求。 With the release of GB32167-2015"oil and gas pipeline integrity management specification",each pipeline operation unit is trying to promote the construction of pipeline integrity system.Pipeline location parameter is one of the core data for the construction of the system,but for most of the pipeline in service,the pipeline construction period did not collect the complete pipeline center line coordinates.This paper describes the location method of in-service pipeline center line and inner detection data space fitting of the pipeline in service.Through data processing and conversion,we obtain the online characteristic coordinates of the pipeline,and accurately recover the missing pipeline position parameters.The test results show that this technology not only can accurately recover the pipeline center line position parameters,but also can realize the accurate location of internal detection defects,and meet the needs of pipeline operation and management.
