摘要 就现阶段情况而言,多数燃煤机组是运用于湿式出渣工艺,进而变换为干式除渣工艺。这样不但具有投入资金问题,本有多数设备也会被废弃掉,这将会造成极为严重的浪费。对此,只有将湿式出渣中灰渣水问题处理好,才能实现对其的循环利用并满足国家相关要求。由此可见火力发电厂灰渣水化学处理工艺优化是十分必要的。本文以火力发电厂灰渣水化学处理工艺优化为出发点,着重探讨火力发电厂灰渣水化学处理应用研究。 As far as the current situation is concerned,most coal-fired units are using wet slag process,and then converted into dry slag removal process.This not only has the problem of investment funds,most of the equipment will be abandoned,which will cause a very serious waste.Therefore,only when the problem of ash water in wet slag discharge is treated well can it be recycled and meet the relevant requirements of the state.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the chemical treatment process of ash water in thermal power plant.Based on the optimization of ash water chemical treatment process in thermal power plant,this paper focuses on the application study of ash water chemical treatment in thermal power plant.
