小叶苦丁茶清除亚硝酸钠及其阻断亚硝胺合成作用

摘要 目的:筛选出大孔吸附树脂洗脱小叶苦丁茶总黄酮的最佳洗脱工艺及研究黄酮化合物清除亚硝酸钠、阻断亚硝胺合成作用。方法:从D101、AB-8、HPD600三种大孔吸附树脂中选取最佳树脂并使用其筛选出最佳分离工艺制取总黄酮,利用紫外分光光度计测定总黄酮在体外对亚硝酸钠的清除率及阻断亚硝胺合成的阻断率。结果:最佳树脂型号为D101树脂,洗脱流速为2BV/h,乙醇体积分数为70%时洗脱部分为总黄酮。总黄酮体积为3.5ml时清除率为75.52%;总黄酮体积为0.5ml时,阻断率为98.37%。结论:小叶苦丁茶对亚硝酸盐有良好的清除效果,对亚硝胺生成有良好的抑制作用。 Objective:To screening the optimum elution process of macroporous resin elution of total flavonoids from lobular kudingcha and studying the effects of flavonoids on scavenging sodium nitrite and blocking nitrosamine synthesis.Methods:Select the best resin from D101,AB-8and HP D600macroporous resin and prepare total flavone selecting the optimum separation process using the resin and determine the clearance rate of total flavonoids on sodium nitrite in vitro and blocking rate of total flavonoids on nitrosamine synthesis using the ultraviolet spectrophotometer.Results:the optimal resin type was D101resin,with the elution rate2BV/H,100%total flavonoids removal when the ethanol volume fraction was70%,and the removal rate was75.52%when the total flavonoids volume was3.5ml;the blocking rate was98.37%when the total flavonoids volume was0.5ml.Conclusion:Lobular kudingcha has a good scavenging effect on nitrite and a good inhibitory effect on nitrosamine formation.
