容量法是测定土壤有机质的常规检验方法,但由于传统的油浴法温度的不易控制、油浴污染大、仪器不易清洗。根据实践现将容量法中的加热氧化过程进行了方法改进,摸索出比较理想测定方法:COD消解器法。其方法快速简便,优于传统的油浴操作。

volumetric method is a routine test method for determining soil organic matter.However,because of traditional oil bath method,temperature is not easy to control,oil bath pollution is large,and instrument is not easy to clean.According to the practice,the heating oxidation process in the volumetric method is improved,and the ideal determination method is found out:COD digestion method.The method is fast and simple,and it is superior to the traditional oil bath operation.
