响应面法优化提取藏红花中总黄酮的提取工艺 被引量:1

Optimization of Extraction Technology of Total Flavonoids from Saffron by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 藏红花含有丰富的黄酮类化合物。本文采用超声提取工艺,以乙醇体积分数,超声时间,料液比作为优化因素,从藏红花粉中提取总黄酮,最后进行吸光度测定,并计算含量。其结果用Box-Behnken中心组合设计法处理,得到最适工艺条件:乙醇体积分数为75%,料液比12:1,超声提取时间为40min,总黄酮提取率为0.168%,相对偏差为0.04%。为进一步研究藏红花总黄酮提取工艺提供理论依据。 Saffron is rich in flavonoids compound.In this paper,the total flavonoids were extracted from saffron pollen by ultrasonic extraction technology with ethanol volume fraction,ultrasonic time and material-liquid ratio as optimization factors.Finally,the absorbance was determined and the content was calculated.The results were treated by Box-Behnken central composite design method.The optimum process conditions were as follows:ethanol volume fraction75%,material-liquid ratio12:1,ultrasonic extraction time40mins,total flavonoids extraction rate0.168%,relative deviation0.04%.It provides a theoretical basis for further study on the extraction technology of total flavonoids from saffron.
