在油田开发过程中,原油的高含蜡、高溶解气在通过井筒、地面管线过程中,带来的冻堵现象严重,要保证生产的平稳运行,开启的电保温费设备众多、耗电量很大,费用高昂严重的影响了企业效益。笔者主要从挖潜增效的角度上,开展系统的节电措施和用电管理制度,达到企业管理良心循环和高效管理的目的。

During the process of oilfield development,the high wax content and high dissolved gas of crude oil causes serious freeze-block during the process of passing wellbore and surface pipeline.To ensure the smooth operation of production,there are many facilities for opening electrical insulation and equipment need to be opened,and the power consumption is large,and high cost seriously affected the effectiveness of enterprises.The author mainly carry out systematic energy-saving measures and electricity management system from the perspective of tapping potential and efficiency,in order to achieve the purpose of corporate management conscience cycle and efficient management.
