过敏原特异性IgE检测应用于过敏性鼻炎患儿中的临床价值观察

Clinical value of allergen specific Ig E detection in children with allergic rhinitis

目的分析过敏原特异性Ig E(sI g E)检测应用于过敏性鼻炎患儿的价值。方法从我院收治的过敏性鼻炎患儿中选取416例,对其血清中食入性与吸入性sI g E进行检测,对检测结果进行研究分析。结果 416例患儿至少出现了一种过敏原阳性反应,阳性率为100%;吸入性过敏原属于各年龄段过敏性鼻炎患儿的主要过敏原类型,所占比例为76.44%。结论 sI g E检测应用于过敏性鼻炎患儿中的效果显著。

Objective To analyze the value of allergen specific IgE(sIgE)detection in children with allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of416cases of allergic rhinitis were selected from our hospital,and the serum intake and inhalation sIgE were detected and the results were studied and analyzed.Results At least one allergen positive reaction was found in416children.The positive rate was100%.Inhaled allergens belonged to the main allergen types of children with allergic rhinitis in all ages,accounting for76.44%.Conclusion The effect of sIgE detection in children with allergic rhinitis is significant.
