儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病骨髓细胞形态学检查多中心综合分析

Multi-center comprehensive analysis of bone marrow cell morphology in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia

目的探讨和分析急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿骨髓细胞的形态学检查。方法选择2011年1月-2017年10月在我院治疗的48例患儿做为研究对象,收集初诊、二诊(治疗15天)、三诊(治疗30天)、四诊(治疗90天)的骨髓细胞涂片,共192份,对涂片进行复检,对比分析复检报告和原始报告。结果复检报告同原始报告的染色情况符合率是97.40%;复检报告同原始报告的取材、增生程度符合率是96.88%;复检报告同原始报告符合率是94.27%。结论急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿骨髓细胞的形态学检查的多中心综合分析可提高医院骨髓细胞形态学检查的水平。

Objective To investigate and analyze the morphological examination of bone marrow cells in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia.Methods A total of48children treated in our hospital from January2011to October2017were selected as the subjects of the study.A total of192copies of bone marrow smears were collected from the first diagnosis,second diagnosis(15days of treatment),third diagnosis(30days of treatment),and fourth diagnosis(90days of treatment).Rechecked the smear,and the reexamination report and the original report were compared and analyzed.Results The coincidence rate of dyeing between the reexamination report and the original report was97.40%.The coincidence rate of raw materials and hyperplasia between the re examination report and the original report was96.88%.The coincidence rate of re examination report and original report was94.27%.Conclusion The multi-center comprehensive analysis of bone marrow cell morphology in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia can improve the level of bone marrow cell morphological examination in the hospital.
