摘要
目的分析血液检验在临床贫血鉴别诊断中的应用效果。方法选取我院接收的贫血患者100例作为研究对象,贫血患者中50例缺铁性贫血患者、50例缺叶酸性贫血患者分别作为实验A组以及实验B组,健康体检者50例为对照组。对3组研究对象展开血细胞的实验室检验。结果与对照组相比,实验组MCV、RBC、Hb、MCH、RDW、RBC/MCV水平差异均有统计学意义,其中MCV、Hb、MCH水平明显高于实验A、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验A组的MCV、MCH、RDW水平均明显高于实验B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验A组的特异性、敏感性、符合率分别为72.0%、96.0%、66.0%;实验B组的特异性、敏感性、符合率分别为70.0%、94.0%、60.0%。结论在临床贫血鉴别诊断中,通过实验室科学检验,对MCV、RBC、Hb、MCH、RDW、RBC/MCV水平等各项血液指标的测定能够给贫血诊断提供部分可靠、准确的信息,值得应用。
Objective To observe the effect of blood test in the differential diagnosis of clinical anemia.Methods A total of100cases of anemia in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,50cases with iron deficiency anemia and50cases with folate-deficiency anemia were treated as experimental group A and group B respectively.50cases of healthy physical examination as control group.Laboratory test of blood cells was carried out in3groups of subjects.Results Compared with the control group,the differences of MCV,RBC,Hb,MCH,RDW and RBC/MCV in the experimental group were statistically significant.The levels of MCV,Hb and MCH were significantly higher than those in the experimental group A and B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of MCV,MCH and RDW in the experimental group A were significantly higher than those in the experimental group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The specificity,sensitivity and coincidence rate of the experimental group A were72%,96%and66%,respectively.The specificity,sensitivity and coincidence rate of the experimental group B were70%,94%and60%,respectively.Conclusion In the differential diagnosis of clinical anemia,through laboratory scientific tests,the determination of blood indexes such as MCV,RBC,Hb,MCH,RDW and RBC/MCV can provide some reliable and accurate information for anemia diagnosis,which is worthy of application.
