Reflections on Establishing Accountability Mechanism in the Trade Union Reform

工会改革中首先要明确改革的目标和任务,以法治方式推进工会改革。建立有责要担当、失责必追究的问责机制,以问责倒逼工会干部履职尽责。

Basically,the trade union reform must have clear goals and tasks.Also,reform promotions should be based on law.Giving weight to following responsibility and duty-bound punishment could force trade union cadres to fulfill their duty.
