新时代背景下工会服务农民工工作的路径探析——基于广西情况的思考

Study on the Way of Trade Union Serving Migrant Rural Workers under The New Normal——Taking the situation in Guangxi Provence as an Example

农民工群体是推动我国经济社会发展的重要力量,农民工工作已经成为我国经济社会发展进入新的历史阶段的一项重要战略任务。协助党委和政府推动农民工问题的解决,是工会不可推卸的责任。当前中国特色社会主义进入新时代,工会组织要充分发挥自身优势,进一步搭建平台、创新机制,拓展领域、扩大对象,细化内容、打造品牌,推动服务农民工工作迈上新台阶。

Migrant worker is an important force of promoting China’s economic and social development.Solving migrant worker’s issue is also a signifi cant strategic task of China’s economic and social development in a new historical stage.Supporting the party committee and the government to solve the problem is the compelling obligation of the trade union.As the Socialism with Chinese Characteristics enters a new era,trade union should bring its superiority into full play,in order to take serving the migrant worker to a higher level,by building platforms,innovating mechanism,enlarging service area,expanding serving object,refi ning details,and building a brand.
