维护职工社保权益方面的实践与思考

摘要 目前,天津市滨海新区社会保险工作通过全力推动,在呈现出稳中向好趋势的同时也在征缴扩面任务、服务能力、企业参保现状和职工诉求等方面存在着一些问题。可采取实行年金制、商业保险来提高退休待遇;避免重复缴费;一次性领取失业保险金和其他险种个人账户资金;到原籍地的社保经办机构续接保费;实行有差别的社会保险费率,减轻小微企业的缴费负担等对策解决问题。 Nowadays,the issue of social insurance in Tianjin Binhai New Area has registered a slower but stable performance with good momentum by fully promoting.Meanwhile,problems arise from expending social insurance,the ability of service,the current status of social insurance participation among business,staff’s requirements,etc.There are several ways that can help to solve these proplems:supplementary pension and commercial endowment insurance;preventing insurance duplication;lump-sum payment claiming on unemployment and other insurance;resume paying the insurance premium at the agencies of one’s ancestral home;implementing differential social insurance proportion;relieving the payment stress of small and micro businesses.
