A Study on Fostering Spirit of the Craftsman from Skilled Talents

"工匠精神"的师道精神、职业风尚、创业追求、实践精神等内涵是研究"工匠精神"相关问题的基础。本文在解析"工匠精神"的时代内涵和当代价值基础上,阐述了通过"凝聚社会价值共识,提高技能型职业威望;培育劳动职业共同体,树立工匠精神示范载体;发挥多元职业教育职能,开展技能型人才培养"的策略构想,以期通过重塑"工匠精神",助力社会经济健康发展。

The spirit of teacher's principle,career thinking,going for startup,practical spirit,they are the entry point of studying Craftsman's Spirit.Established in analysis the connotation and contemporary value of craftsman’s spirit,this thesis explains the strategic conception of forming to a common view of social value,increasing the prestige of high-skill professions,preserving a labor professional community,setting the pattern of craftsman’s spirit,performing the function of multi-faceted vocational education,and fostering skilled talents.These conceptions would rebuild the spirit of craftsman,which could help social economy to get health development.
