工人文化宫是党丰富工人阶级文化生活,维护工人利益的主阵地,在上个世纪是工人开展文化活动,发展精神文明的主要场所。然而,随着社会经济与科学日新月异的发展,工人文化宫在软件、硬件等诸多方面日渐与社会脱节,已无法满足工人阶级日益增长的精神文化需要。当下,工人文化宫应从争取多方支持,变被动为主动;优化人事制度,打造人才队伍;深化服务内容,拓展业务方向;加大宣传力度,形成品牌效应等方面,找到让工人文化宫事业再创辉煌的路径。

Workers'Cultural Palace is the main force of enriching working class's cultural life and protecting workers'interests by the Communist Party of China.In last century,it was also the major place for workers to enjoy cultural activities and spiritual civilization development.While with the rapid growth of economy and science,Workers'Cultural Place was gradually left behind in both software and hardware,which could no longer satisfy workers'ever-growing spirtual and cultural needs.Now,Workers'Cultural Place should search for multiple help,take the initiative,improve human resource management,build talent banks,deepen the basic service,expend the profession,promote the publicity and create the brand effect.Hence,Cultural Palace will fi nd the way stepping into abundance and prosperity.
