建设项目环境影响评价与竣工环保验收的协调

Coordination of EIA of construction projects and acceptance of completion of EP

在项目建设过程中,环境影响评价和竣工环保验收存在紧密关系,也是建设项目环保的两个重要部分。但目前我国很多建设项目在两者关系协调等方面还有诸多不足,导致建设项目的环保性和生态性存在不足。本文先探讨了竣工环保验收对于环评的重要性,接着从环保验收工作有待完善、建设项目排污尚不规范、环保验收介入不灵活三个方面,阐述了环评与环保验收之间存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的解决策略。

In the process of construction,the relationship between Environmental impact assessment(EIA)and Environmental protection(EP)acceptance is very close.Meanwhile,it is also the two important part of EP of construction projects.But at present,many construction projects in China have many shortcomings in the coordination of the two,which leads to the lack of EP and ecological nature of the construction projects.This paper first discusses the importance of the completion and acceptance of EP for EIA.And then expounds problems between EIA and the completion and acceptance of EP in three aspects such as the acceptance of EP to be perfect,the sewage of construction project is not standardized,the acceptance of EP.At last puts forward the corresponding strategies to solve these problems.
