摘要
在测量直线型紫外线灯附近辐射照度时,周围环境会对接收到的紫外线进行反射。测量探头接收到的紫外线包括直接来自紫外线灯和反射的两部分紫外线。在考察紫外线灯的紫外线输出量时,反射的紫外线是测量误差,受周围环境控制。提出了一种测量反射强度的方法:用一块阻光挡板置于紫外线灯管和测量探头之间,可以得到该测量环境条件下的环境反射所造成的辐射照度增大值。再经计算可得不受环境反射因素影响的辐射照度值。其中阻光挡板的尺寸受紫外线灯管直径影响。实验结果显示,在本实验测量环境条件下,反射所造成的辐射照度值为2.7 u W/cm2,误差为1.57%。测量时,阻光挡板应置于距灯表面0.12-0.6D的距离范围内(D为测量探头到灯表面的距离)。
When measuring the irradiance near a linear UV lamp,the surrounding environment reflects the received UV light.The UV rays received by the measurement probe include two UV rays coming directly from the UV lamp and the reflection.When examining the UV output of an UV lamp,the reflected UV light is a measure of error and is controlled by the surrounding environment.A method of measuring the reflection intensity is proposed:a block of light blocking is placed between the UV lamp and the measuring probe to obtain the increase of the irradiance caused by the environmental reflection under the measuring environment.And then calculated by the ambient reflectance factor radiation irradiance value.The size of the light blocking baffle is affected by the diameter of the UV light tube.The experimental results show that the irradiance value caused by reflection is2.7uW/cm2and the error is1.57%under the environmental conditions measured in this experiment.When measuring,the baffle plate should be placed within a distance of0.12-0.6D from the lamp surface(D is the distance from the measuring probe to the lamp surface).
