摘要
流域水环境容量的确定是水污染物实施总量控制的依据,是水环境管理的基础。本文通过核定豆士溪源头至洋坊断面的COD、NH3-N和TP三者的水环境容量,针对流域水质存在的问题提出了总量控制方案和污染物削减目标,以期为豆士溪流域水体达标和水质提升提供实践指导。
The determination of the water environment capacity in a river basin is the basis for controlling the total amount of water pollutants.It is the basis of water environment management.In this paper,by approving the water environment capacity of three sources of COD,NH3-N and TP from the source of Doushi River to the section of Yangfang,the total amount control scheme and the target of pollutant reduction are proposed according to the existing problems of water quality in the basin,Water standards and improve water quality to provide practical guidance.
