摘要
本文结合国内多位学者关于最严格的生态环境保护制度的认识,探讨对我国最严格生态环境保护制度内涵的理解,进而分析该制度在我国各地区的实施现状,重点总结其中存在的各类现实问题及遇到的困难。在此基础上提出有针对性的改善建议,为我国最严格环境保护制度的进一步顺利实施提供科学的理论参考。
Based on the understanding of most domestic scholars on the most stringent environmental protection system,this paper explores the understanding of the connotation of China's most stringent eco-environmental protection system.Then it analyzes the status quo of the system in all regions of China,Realistic problems and difficulties encountered.On the basis of this,we put forward some suggestions for improvement and provide a scientific theoretical reference for the further smooth implementation of the most stringent environmental protection system in our country.
