摘要
本文首先介绍了环保验收环境监理的内涵,之后阐述了环境保护竣工验收中环境监理的重要作用,最后从在环境监理重视程度上仍需加强、环评报告和实际项目建设内容上存在不一致、环境监理报告质量存在一定的问题三个方面阐述了工业类建设项目竣工环保验收监理中存在的问题。
This paper first introduces the connotation of environmental inspection and acceptance of environmental protection,and then elaborates the important role of environmental supervision in the final acceptance of environmental protection.Finally,from the point of emphasis on environmental supervision,it is necessary to strengthen the content of environmental monitoring report and actual project construction,Environmental quality of the report there are certain problems in the quality of the three aspects of industrial construction project completion supervision of environmental acceptance of the problems.
