关于环境保护中公众参与问题的思考与建议

Thoughts and suggestions on public participation in environmental protection

我国环境保护中存在着公众对环境保护参与意识薄弱,参与方式单一、参与行为滞后等一系列问题,故而本文拟就存在的具体问题展开分析,并针对问题提出深化环保宣传教育,提高公众环保意识,完善环境保护的相关法律法规,确认公民环境权利,健全公众参与环保机制的建议。

There are a series of problems in the environmental protection of our country,such as weak public participation in environmental protection,single mode of participation,laggard participation and so on.Therefore,this paper intends to analyze the specific problems and propose the suggestions of deepening environmental publicity and education and public Environmental awareness,improve the relevant laws and regulations of environmental protection,confirm the environmental rights of citizens,and improve the public’s suggestions on environmental protection mechanism.
