加强环境监测质量管理工作的思考

目前我国在环境保护与治理方面不断加大力度,虽然做出了部分成绩,但总体来讲还远远不足。环境监测质量管理在环境工作方面占有不可取代的分量。就现阶段而言,国内相关环境机构,对环境监测质量方面的管理工作没有足够的认识,致使环境监测人员存在责任心不足、操作不规范、业务能力不够等问题,从而导致环境监测工作的工作质量不高,影响对环境质量的评判。为提高环境保护与治理方面的工作,必须要加强环境监测质量管理工作,从内外双方面同时对环境监测的相关工作开展改善管理措施,保障环境监测的工作质量。

At present,China has continuously stepped up its efforts in environmental protection and governance.Although some achievements have been made,it is far from sufficient in general.Environmental monitoring Quality management has an irreplaceable weight in environmental work.At this stage,relevant environmental agencies in China do not have enough understanding of the management of environmental monitoring quality,resulting in problems such as lack of responsibility,nonstandard operation and lack of operational capacity of environmental monitoring personnel,resulting in the work of environmental monitoring Quality is not high,affecting the evaluation of environmental quality.In order to improve the work of environmental protection and management,it is necessary to strengthen the quality control of environmental monitoring and to improve the management measures of environmental monitoring at the same time from both inside and outside to ensure the quality of environmental monitoring.
