摘要
目的:探讨双探头单光子发射计算机断层成像(SPECT)-CT仪常规质量控制主要性能参数的检测方法及其意义,使显像仪器处于最佳的运行状态,提高图像质量。方法:利用符合美国国家电气制造商协会(NEMA)标准的锝99(^(99)Tc^m)点源、四象限铅栅模型和Jaszczak断层模型来检测能峰、断层均匀性、能量分辨率、系统灵敏度、中心视野(CFOV)固有积分均匀性、固有线性以及固有空间分辨率等参数,监测仪器运行状态。制定当日、月、半年质量控制方案,对SPECT-CT仪合理质量控制和定期规范化保养,运行系统自带校正程序进行校正。结果:通过近5年对SPECT-CT仪所测的质量控制数据分析显示,所有性能参数均在正常值范围内,仪器运行正常,能够保证图像质量和较高的诊断符合率。但随着仪器使用年限增长,其性能有逐年降低趋势。结论:制定合理及有效的质量控制计划,可有效保证SPECT-CT仪正常运行和图像质量。
Objective:To investigate the detection methods and its value for the routine quality control(QC)of singlephoton emission computed tomography/computed tomography(SPECT-CT)of dual-head so as to take the imaging instrument in optimal running status and improve the quality of image.Methods:The99Tcm point source,four-quadrant lead grid and Jaszczak model which accorded with the standards of NEMA were applied to detect energy peak,uniformity,energy resolution,system sensitivity,intrinsic integral uniformity of central field of view(CFOV),intrinsic linearity and intrinsic spatial resolution etc.And all of these parameters were used to monitor the running status of instrument.Results:The analysis results of QC data of recent5years indicated that all of parameters about the performance of SPECT-CT were in the normal ranges.And the running of instrument was normal,and the QC could guarantee the quality of images and higher diagnose accordance rate.With the increasing of durable years of the instruments,their performances has a tendency were gradually decreasing year by year.Conclusion:To formulate a reasonable and effective QC plan can effectively guarantee the normal running of SPECT-CT and improve the image quality.
