基于Matlab实现MRI信噪比及图像均匀性自动检测系统的研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:通过图像处理实现磁共振成像(MRI)信噪比及图像均匀性的自动检测,为大型医疗设备质量检测提供可靠数据。方法:扫描美国体模实验室Magphan SMR 170体模获取图像,采用Matlab平台进行编写迭代法实现图像二值化,并对其执行形态学等操作得到圆形区域边缘,再对其边缘进行细化,计算出圆心坐标,确定感兴趣区域位置后计算其均值和方差,处理数据得到结果,并与手动测量方法进行相关性分析。结果:基于统计学原理,自动检测方法和手动检测方法具有很强的一致性,且自动检测简便实用、耗时少,人工干预少。结论:基于Matlab的MRI信噪比及图像均匀性自动检测方法客观程度高,可应用于MRI质量检测中,为大型医疗设备质量检测提供可靠和稳定的数据。 Objective:To realize automatic detection for uniformity of signal noise ratio(SNR)and image of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)through picture processing so as to provide reliable data for the quality test of large medical equipment.Methods:The Matlab language was adopted,and Magphan SMR170phantom of phantom laboratory of United States was scanned so as to obtain image.And the iterative method was applied to realize image binaryzation,and the morphological operation of binaryzation were performed to obtain the edge of the roundness region,and then the edge was further refined.Based on above results,the coordinates of the center of circle were calculated,and mean and variance of the region of interest were calculated after they were determined.The results from processing data were carried out correlation analysis with that of manual measurement method.Results:As the principle of statistics,there was a stronger uniformity between automatic detection and manual detection,and automatic detection has series of advantages included of simple,practical,few of time-consuming and less manual intervention.Conclusion:The automatic detection system with strong objectivity can be applied in quality test of MRI,and it can provide reliable and stable data for quality inspection of large medical equipment.
